These Terms of Use also serve as the end-user license agreement for the Security Management application used by Texas Counties Division Patrol LLC staff and authorized client representatives.
01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to the public website at https://txcdivisionpatrol.com and to the Security Management application at app.txcdivisionpatrol.com (together, the "Services") operated by Texas Counties Division Patrol LLC ("TCDP", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02The Services
The website presents our security patrol services and lets you request a quote. The Security Management application is a private operations tool for TCDP staff, contractors and authorized client representatives: scheduling, patrol records, invoicing support and reporting. Access to the application is granted by TCDP and may be limited by role.
03Accounts and credentials
Application accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for every action taken under your account, and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or revoke an account at any time to protect the Services, our clients or our staff.
04Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and only as authorized by your role. You will not attempt to access data you are not entitled to see, interfere with the operation of the Services, probe or test their security without written permission, or copy, resell or redistribute any part of them.
05Third-party services and integrations
The application connects to third-party services that TCDP authorizes, including Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online by Intuit. When TCDP connects its QuickBooks Online company, the application reads accounting records such as customers, invoices and payments on behalf of TCDP and only for TCDP’s own operations. Those connections are governed by the third party’s own terms, and TCDP can disconnect them at any time from the application or from the third-party service.
06Data and privacy
How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://txcdivisionpatrol.com/privacy. Records created in the application (patrol logs, incident reports, schedules, invoices) belong to TCDP and its service relationships and are handled confidentially.
07Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, graphics, software and trademarks, are owned by TCDP or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended; they do not transfer any ownership.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, TCDP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCDP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the service agreement a client has signed with TCDP.
10Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date below. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
