What is the difference between a Level II and a Level III security officer?
In Texas, a Level II (non-commissioned) security officer works unarmed. A Level III (commissioned) officer is licensed to carry a firearm on duty. Both are licensed through the Texas Department of Public Safety, and TCDP provides both.
Can I hire a security guard for only a few hours a day?

What reports do I receive?
Daily activity reports, plus incident reports and photo reports. On request, officers take photo rounds every hour.
